7 year Anniversary of Myles Breiner's Epic Statement to then-City Prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro |

In late March/ early April of 2015, Judge Randal Lee dismissed the first Sweepstakes Gambling Ring case. At 414 counts, it remains the largest indictment in the history of the state of Hawaii. |

Since the case was dismissed "without prejudice," City Prosecutor Keith Kaneshiro had the ability to refile charges. Upon the threat of refiling, attorney Myles Breiner had choice words for Mr. Kaneshiro.
"There is always the threat of re-indictment, but my attitude is ‘Mr. Kaneshiro, put up or shut up.’ I’m fed up with this."
