Hawaii Attorney Michael Green Files Class Action Lawsuit |
|
|
Michael Green has filed a class-action lawsuit initially representing 1,200 first responders against the Governor's vaccine mandates; thousands more are expected to join. |

Honolulu Fire Captain Kaimi Pelekai gave emotional testimony contesting the governor's order which dictate he either gets vaccinated, submit to numerous diagnostic covid-19 tests, or else he could be fired.
He makes several convincing points about the risk / reward of vaccination, and as a healthy individual with no pre-existing conditions, argues he'd rather wait until vaccines are proven to be far safer than the data today indicates. |

"It has now spread (in reference to Governor Ige's ever expanding order for government employees) not only to unions, but public schools, private schools, workers all over the state... that can't support their families because the governor mandates you're either getting inoculated or you're getting fired," said Mr. Green. |
